Top 5 Tough Love tips for weight Loss
1 – Cut out wheat
This stuff is indigestible and when consumed causes permeability in the stomach lining thus causing indigested food particles (i.e. protein, and not the amino acids that make the protein) to pass through into the blood. This causing an immune response and food intolerances. From this, symptoms such as a runny nose, headaches and fat gain occur. So cut out bread, cakes, pasta, biscuits out of your diet. Look at the ingredients list of soups and sauces to see if they contain ‘wheat flour’ – this is often used as a thickener. Don’t eat these items.

2 – Consume more water
To drop fat, simply chase after health. and their isn’t anything much more healthier than drinking clean mineral water is there?… I mean, 70% of your body is made up of this stuff however the majority of people walking around are at unhealthy hydrated levels. This leading to our bodily functions, not functioning. One of the grossest things that will happen in the body when dehydrated that I REALLY want to share with you is something called diverticulitis. This is where the colon is so dehydrated, it pulls water out of poo to fill itself up. This makes for a slow passage of your poo now that it is dry. Over time, the poo (because is not flowing through) fills pockets in the large intestine called diverticula. Thus eventually causing inflammation and burning through the intestine wall and into the blood and lymphatic system. Not cool and very gross. Poo in the blood will also cause an immunse response like wheat. Aim for 1 litre of clean bottled or filtered, mineral water per every 50lbs of your body weight per day.
Remember, at FBB we are all about HEALTH! Get health, get fat loss,
and lots of it…
3 – Move more
Ok, I can talk for days about training and I can also tell you all about the most effective form of exercise for fat loss that we do at Fat Burner Boot Camp and with all of my clients and save you the time and frustration so you achieve results faster, however, just know that if you are getting up and moving more, then you are making massive moves into becoming fitter, leaner and healthier. When I started with my very first client, (at the age of 11(those that know me know it was my mom)) I had no idea what the best way to get results were, all I had was the ability to motivate someone. And that’s all that I want to teach you today, get up and move more, Walk, jog, run, or if you’re up for it, here is an FBB beginner workout you can do at home.
30 seconds work/ 30 seconds rest for each exercise.
Squats
Pushups
Burpees
Lunges
Inchworm
Side Plank (15 seconds on your left, 15 seconds on your right)
4 – Get to bed
Aim for a 10:30pm bed time. The truth be told, in the winter, we should be going to bed earlier. Heres the problem: because of artificial lighting (TV, Laptops, the Light bulb) this light is stimulating our brains, late at night to make it feel likes its the summer. This then makes you crave sugary/starchy foods (something that is a seasonal fruit of the summer months) Therefore, regardless of it being winter, we open up the fridge for something sweet – thus in the winter when we are less active is going to result in fat storage.
Sounds simple enough but there are also hormonal implications of staying up late. So while your mission is fat loss, ensure you’re getting to bed early.
5 – Get yourself a personal trainer
Talk is cheap. In fact my Fat Burner Boot Camp program is also cheap…
- although their are
“other bootcamps” out there charging much less than I am, the thing is, if you pay peanuts, you’ll get monkeys – You will not find a bootcamp in town that offers a better RESULT AND SERVICE than I do. The value you will receive for £99 all inclusive for 28 days will blow you away!
The fact is, talk is cheap, and actions say it all. Therefore…
Roses are red, violets are blue
Give me 28 days, for a new you!
Happy Valentines,
